Terms and Conditions – 786wln Platform Rules & Policy

1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") form a legally binding agreement between you ("the Player" or "you") and 786wln ("the Platform", "we", "us" or "our"). They apply to all use of the 786wln website, mobile application and any related services.

By accessing or using any part of the 786wln platform — including browsing the site, registering an account, making a deposit in PKR, placing a bet or launching a casino game — you confirm that you have read and accepted these Terms without reservation. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must stop using the platform immediately.

These Terms should be read alongside the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming guidelines, both of which form part of the overall agreement between you and 786wln.

2. Eligibility & Age Requirement

To use 786wln you must meet all of the following conditions:

• You must be at least 18 years of age. We take underage access seriously and reserve the right to request age verification documents at any time.
• You must be the named account holder and acting on your own behalf — proxy or agent registrations are not permitted.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor or close family member of an employee of 786wln or its associated service providers.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws applicable to you.

3. Account Registration

Each player may hold only one account on 786wln. Creating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, device, payment method or IP address — is strictly prohibited and will result in all associated accounts being suspended and any balances forfeited.

When registering you must provide accurate and complete information. You are responsible for keeping your login credentials — username and password — confidential. 786wln will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access that results from your failure to keep credentials secure.

You must notify 786wln support immediately if you believe your account has been accessed by a third party. You can reach support through your account dashboard or by emailing the support address listed in the Contact section of these Terms.

• Account details must match the name on the payment method used for deposits and withdrawals.
• We reserve the right to request identity documents — such as a CNIC — before processing withdrawals or in response to suspicious activity.
• Accounts that have had no activity for 12 consecutive months may be classified as dormant. Dormant account policies, including any applicable maintenance deductions, will be communicated in advance.

4. Deposits & Payments

786wln accepts deposits in PKR (Pakistani Rupees) only. There is no currency conversion, no hidden exchange rate and no intermediary currency involved. The balance you see in your 786wln wallet is your actual PKR balance.

Supported deposit methods currently include:

• JazzCash — mobile wallet deposits, typically cleared within seconds.
• Easypaisa — mobile wallet deposits, typically cleared within seconds.
• Raast — instant interbank transfers via the State Bank of Pakistan's Raast system.
• Bank Transfer — direct transfers from Pakistani bank accounts.
• Debit and Credit Cards — Visa and Mastercard issued by Pakistani banks.
• Mobile Wallets — other supported mobile wallet providers as listed in your account deposit section.

Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of deposit within your account. These limits may be adjusted from time to time. Deposits made via third-party accounts — accounts not in your own name — are not permitted and will be refunded or withheld pending investigation.

5. Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests can be submitted through your 786wln account dashboard. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit where possible, to reduce fraud risk and ensure the funds reach the correct person.

• Withdrawals are processed in PKR to your registered JazzCash, Easypaisa, Raast, bank account or card.
• Identity verification must be completed before your first withdrawal is processed.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within your account.
• Processing times vary by payment method. JazzCash and Easypaisa withdrawals are typically processed within a few hours. Bank transfers may take 1–3 business days depending on your bank.
• Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they become withdrawable. See Section 6 for details.

786wln reserves the right to carry out additional checks before processing a withdrawal, particularly for large amounts or where there are signs of unusual account activity. In such cases, we may request supporting documents. This is done to protect both the player and the platform from fraud.

6. Bonuses & Promotions

786wln offers bonuses and promotional credits from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms that are communicated at the time of the offer. The following general principles apply to all bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are credited to your account as bonus funds, not as withdrawable cash.
• A wagering requirement must be met before bonus funds can be converted to real withdrawable PKR. The specific multiplier (e.g. 20x, 30x) is stated in each individual bonus offer.
• Wagering requirements apply to the bonus amount, unless the offer specifically states they apply to the bonus plus deposit amount.
• Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%. Live casino table games and sports bets may contribute at a lower percentage. The specific contribution rates are shown in the bonus terms for each offer.
• Bonuses expire if wagering requirements are not met within the stated period, typically 7 to 30 days depending on the promotion.
• Only one bonus can be active at a time unless an offer explicitly states otherwise.
• 786wln reserves the right to withdraw or modify any bonus offer, or to cancel a player's eligibility for a bonus if there is evidence of abuse or exploitation of promotional terms.

7. Betting & Gaming Rules

786wln offers sports betting (including cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, football and esports), live casino, casino slots, fish games and other game types. The following general rules apply across all product types:

• All bets are final once confirmed. You cannot cancel or modify a bet after it has been accepted by the platform.
• Odds and game outcomes are determined by the relevant game provider's certified systems or by official match results from recognised sports authorities. 786wln does not influence these outcomes.
• In the event of a system error or technical fault during a game session or bet placement, 786wln reserves the right to void the affected round or bet and refund the stake to your account.
• Any bet placed on a market that is subsequently found to have been offered in error (incorrect odds, unavailable market) will be voided and stakes returned.
• Maximum bet limits apply per market, per event and per game. These limits are displayed within the betting interface and game windows.
• Cricket betting — including PSL matches and T20 internationals — is covered by the same rules as all other sports markets. Live in-play bets are accepted during designated windows shown in the betting interface.

Game RTPs (Return to Player percentages) for slots and casino games are published by the respective game providers and are certified. 786wln does not alter the certified configurations of any game in its library. The displayed RTP is the configuration under which each game operates.

8. Responsible Gaming

786wln takes responsible gaming seriously. The platform offers a set of self-management tools available directly from your account settings:

• Deposit Limits: Set a daily, weekly or monthly cap on how much you can deposit. Once set, limits can be reduced immediately but increases require a cooling-off period.
• Session Reminders: Set a time-based reminder that appears if your session exceeds a specified duration.
• Self-Exclusion: Temporarily or permanently exclude yourself from the platform. Self-exclusion takes effect promptly and prevents login, deposits and bet placement for the chosen period.

9. Acceptable Use

You agree to use 786wln only for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not harm the platform, its staff or other players. The following activities are strictly prohibited:

• Using automated tools, bots, scripts or software to interact with the platform.
• Attempting to manipulate game outcomes, exploit software bugs or reverse-engineer any part of the platform.
• Using the platform to launder money or process funds obtained through illegal means.
• Creating multiple accounts or using accounts registered in another person's name.
• Using someone else's payment credentials without their explicit consent.
• Harassing, threatening or abusing other players or 786wln staff through any communication channel.
• Sharing your account login credentials with any other person.

Violation of any of the above may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance and a permanent ban from the platform. 786wln reserves the right to report suspected illegal activity to relevant authorities.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on the 786wln platform — including the logo, website design, graphics, text, game interfaces and software — is the intellectual property of 786wln or its licensed content providers. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify or create derivative works from any part of the platform without prior written consent.

Game content provided by third-party studios (including PG Soft, Pragmatic Play, Jili, Spadegaming and others) is subject to the intellectual property rights of those studios. 786wln holds valid licences for all game content displayed on the platform.

11. Limitation of Liability

786wln provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work hard to keep the platform stable and accessible, we do not guarantee uninterrupted access or that the platform will be free from errors at all times.

• 786wln will not be liable for losses arising from temporary downtime, maintenance periods or technical faults outside our direct control.
• We are not responsible for losses arising from your failure to keep login credentials secure.
• We are not liable for any indirect, consequential or incidental losses including loss of profits or opportunity.
• In the event of a genuine platform error that results in an incorrect payout — whether too high or too low — 786wln reserves the right to correct the error. Funds paid out in excess due to an error remain the property of 786wln and may be recovered from your account balance.

Nothing in these Terms limits our liability in cases of fraud, wilful misconduct or any other matter where liability cannot be excluded by law.

12. Account Suspension & Termination

You may close your 786wln account at any time by contacting our support team. Any real-money balance remaining at the time of closure will be returned to you via your registered payment method after identity verification, provided there are no outstanding investigations or pending bonus wagering requirements.

786wln reserves the right to suspend or permanently close your account without prior notice in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms.
• Suspected fraud, money laundering or other illegal activity.
• Creation of multiple accounts.
• Provision of false information during registration or verification.
• Chargebacks filed against deposits made to the platform.
• Any activity that 786wln reasonably believes poses a risk to the platform or other players.

In cases of confirmed Terms violation, 786wln may withhold the account balance pending investigation. If the investigation confirms a breach, the balance may be forfeited.

13. Amendments to These Terms

786wln may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes in the platform, new features, payment methods or legal considerations. When material changes are made, we will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.

Continued use of the platform after an update constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you disagree with any changes, you should stop using 786wln and may request account closure. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically so that you are aware of the current Terms.
